Global Village wins The Best Innovative Entertainment Award

WAM Dubai, Jun 20th, 2010 (WAM) — Global Village won the Best Innovative Entertainment Award during the Middle East Event Awards 2010 which was held at Madinat Jumeirah.

Global Village’s “new look and feel” entertainment programming strategy featuring exciting culture-based performances and other high energy shows proved to be the most innovative entertainment at an event in the Middle East.

Over its 98-day period during its 2009-2010 event, Global Village presented cultural and arts festival is comprised of more than 4,500 entertainment shows that represent different countries and cultures. Furthermore, based on the sub-theme that focused on four elements – fire, earth, water and air – Global Village showcased not only authentic entertainment in the UAE, but also proving premiers in the whole of GCC and Middle East.
